    Is there a problem with the server ? I can't connect it always tells me its failed. Its my first time downloading updates, am I doing something wrong ?

     Hello...........Tech support...........anybody there........
    I bought this tool as I was told it was one of the best....well its not.
    I cant connect to the printer, I can't connect to the server to download an update....
    I've tried 2 different pc's with different versions of windows, no luck
    I've tried re-installing the PC suite, no luck
    This tool is useless to me now
    Please help

     hi, what's the model and S/N? I can update my maxisys today. What's the error shown to you?

     Hi, its an MD802 All system DS
    I have managed to figure out the update problem, the pc suite needed to be updated as the version on the disc wasn't working.
    However, the problem with the printer still persists. It won't recognise the device on windows 8.......it does on another laptop with windows Vista..........is there a way to get it to work on windows 8

     sorry that the printing driver is currently not supported on windows 8, engineers need to develop that.
